This look was one of my favorites this summer: the Tough Girl. I rarely bust out the white Timberlands (because I’m horrible at keeping my shoes clean), but when I do, I feel so tough. I loved pairing them with the Thrasher tee: its cut up sleeves and pentagram design just feel badass to me, especially when paired with some vintage camo. The final touch–a backwards cap–is a summer staple, especially when I was growing my hair out. I’m thrilled that I’m finally in a comfortable enough headspace with my style where I can rock a backwards cap without feeling like I look too masculine.
