Q: What has been giving me energy?
Truthfully, my energy has been lacking lately. Maybe it’s the winter; maybe it’s just the ebbing and flowing of my mental health, but it’s been hard to do much beside lay in bed and smoke.
With that being said, the thing that’s been giving me the most energy lately is social interaction. Whether it’s hanging out with my besite, my sister, or the latest man friend I’m seeing, having plans has been the motivation for sticking it out these days.
